We provide fresh clean towels for those clients who prefer to shower before or after a Thai Massage
You will experience gentle stretching and energy work in a traditional Thai massage. I will make you feel warm relaxed and at ease, using my hands and complete body to apply gentle pressure to tight and knotted muscles, while at the same time gently stretching your joints and corresponding muscle groups. This stretching action can sometimes be compared to Yoga.
Thai massage may leave you loose and flexible, with a feeling of elation, increased energy levels and a noticeable improvement in the feeling of health and wellbeing.
Good quality unscented massage oil can be used throughout Thai Massage leaving your skin feeling supple and soft.
Similar to Swedish style massage Thai Oil Massage is excellent and often pleasant means of relieving superficial stress, chronic tension deep muscle layers, particularly in the neck, back, and shoulders, may require deeper penetration to relieve deeply rooted pain. I will press gently but firmly into problematic areas of your body with hand palms or elbows or my whole body.
Tight muscles may initially feel tight but will ultimately relax to a satisfying release easing chronic tension to areas of your body that need care.
