Please arrive at the agreed appointment time.
If unavoidably late please call so I can try and accommodate you.
Ask if you need me to adjust the massage pressure to your liking.
Shower and toilet facilities available.
Alcohol should not be consumed before massage therapy.
Do not drink alcohol after treatment.
Drink plenty of water after your massage therapy.
Before you massage commences please inform us of any medical conditions such as allergies or injuries, high blood pressure which could influence your chosen massage treatment.
You may undress to your desired level of comfort. This is completely up to you. If you are having a massage with warm oil massage it may be appropriate to remove most clothing. You will undress privately in my treatment room. Inform me if you are uncomfortable for any reason.
To fall asleep during relaxing massage is take as a compliment and a sign of total relaxation.
Please enjoy your experience and don’t feel you need to stay awake and alert at all times.
A full-body massage doesn't have to include your sensitive areas. Please guide me as to which parts of your body you prefer not to be touched or massaged.
Thai Massage with oil usually includes your arms, legs, hands and feet, your neck, your head, your face and back, your stomach and buttocks. You can inform me of your likes or dislikes beforehand. Some Thai Massage techniques I perform you may find enjoyable so please tell me.
